PAULA WAINWRIGHT
Business Manager
Paula is highly experienced in business with over 25 years working in HR, accounting and payroll functions. Working predominantly in the SME sector, she has developed a broad set of skills, working both within organisations and as a self-employed practitioner.
She joined Skybound in 2018 to co-ordinate & develop its recruitment, training, employment, client and marketing functions. Prior to Skybound, Paula worked for 10 years in the Tourism & Leisure industry as Payroll Manager for Bluestone National Park Resort, a 5 star holiday village in Pembrokeshire which employed over 700 staff. She joined Bluestone at its inception and was personally responsible for setting up and running its payroll systems.
Paula has extensive experience of accounting systems and is AAT qualified, having spent a number of years supporting local business in Pembrokeshire with accounting, payroll and tax services. She is also a qualified Psychotherapist / Counsellor, having completed a 3 year Diploma with the Adlerian Society of Wales in 2015. Paula is currently undergoing further studies in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
