You will be working with a teenager with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour.

You will be part of a small team working in Norwich.

You will assist in delivering evidence based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team. The focus first and foremost is on making the young man smile and enjoy his time with you!

• Fully supported and paid training
• Career progression opportunities to complete a variety of courses including Level 3 – Level 5 Positive Behaviour Support qualification.
• Weekly support from a Supervisor
• Monthly support from a senior Behaviour Analyst
• 6 weekly individual supervisions with a focus on well-being
• Twice yearly team weekends away
• This is not a care role, though person care will be required, this is a role where you will be delivering therapeutic interventions for which you will be highly trained.
• No weekends or nights
• Free supervision for those seeking BCABA/BCBA qualifications
