Skybound Therapies are a progressive inter-disciplinary team consisting of certified Behaviour Analysts, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and ABA Therapists/Behaviour Technicians.

We use our knowledge to empower families and professionals to deliver evidence based, effective services. We feel everyone should be having fun whilst working towards their potential and strongly believe in professional development to keep abreast of latest developments.

If you have a passion for helping people reach their full potential, this job is for you! You will be working with an adult with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour. This is a role where you will be delivering therapeutic interventions for which you will be highly trained.

You will be part of a small team working in Haverfordwest, assisting in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team.

The focus first and foremost is on making the young woman smile and enjoy her time with you!

It’s an occupational requirement that all post holders are women, in line with the Equality Act 2010, schedule 9, part 1.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5 GCSEs minimum
  • A degree is preferred but if you meet all the other criteria then please apply anyway
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Highly motivated to see people progress
  • A desire to learn the most up to date evidence-based and compassionate methods for reducing challenging behaviour
  • A team player
  • Excellent time management
