I find great satisfaction in providing educational experiences for young people. During my gap year at age eighteen I had the opportunity to be a learning support assistant in mainstream schooling. I loved supporting young people and this has only grown since.

I have lived in Norfolk since moving here for university at UEA, where a likeminded friend and I set up a small company providing workshops around theatre, acting and dramatic technique to young people who may otherwise struggle to access these things. These topics were the focus of my degree and to this day I am just as passionate about acting as I am about helping people.

I value the opportunities working at Skybound provides to broaden my knowledge on how best to support a variety of inspiring young people. The precision I am encouraged to employ here is what makes my role such an exciting one. Understanding the inner workings of behaviour analysis has gripped me from my first day and every unique challenge is another lesson as to how best to apply myself, all the while putting on an enthusiastic and fun face to brighten the days of the young people I support!
