Since leaving school in 2014, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and adults within health and social care settings. I have always been drawn to roles that allow me to make a positive difference in people’s lives, helping individuals develop skills, gain confidence, and achieve greater independence. Seeing people overcome challenges and reach their potential continues to be one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
In 2021, I moved to Pembrokeshire and embraced new opportunities for both personal and professional growth. After achieving my driving licence, I decided to further my education and began studying for a BSc in Psychology with The Open University in October 2023. Alongside my degree, I am also completing a Level 3 Health and Social Care apprenticeship through Pembrokeshire College. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of human behaviour, development, and person-centred support.
My journey with Skybound Therapies began in July 2024 and has been one of the most rewarding steps in my career. Working with individuals and their families has allowed me to make a meaningful difference while continuing to develop my therapeutic knowledge and practical skills. One of my proudest achievements is supporting individuals to reach goals they once believed were out of reach, whether that is building confidence, developing new skills, or gaining greater independence in everyday life. Skybound has also supported my own personal growth, helping me build confidence, strengthen my teaching abilities, and expand my understanding of behaviour support.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside with my partner and our dog, Coco. I am an enthusiastic reader and recently discovered a love for reading on my Kindle. When I’m not reading, you’ll often find me at the gym enjoying HIIT classes and challenging myself to stay active.
