When I joined the Skybound team I was just the social media guy, now my job has grown so much and so have I! I’ve always had a passion for creating content in all forms yet doing it at Skybound is the most rewarding. But I never planned for this to be the case. I went to the University of Essex to study Criminology and Journalism, I wanted to (and still do) make crime documentaries. Once I graduated there wasn’t too much down in Pembrokeshire for me, but marketing fell into my lap. With a bit of mentoring and self-teaching, I found that a job can also be my hobby.

I came to Skybound very green in the care sector. I’ve followed Skybound and Risca’s journey through the years due to personal connections, but I’d never fully sunk my teeth into this kind of work in my life and never thought I would. Fate has its ways though and now I’m part of the head office crew on our Care Farm.

I’m not one to shy away from a challenge, so now sometimes you will even see me working hands-on with the young people we support. I’m proud to be a Skybounder, and that isn’t just a term for someone who works at Skybound Therapies, it means being dedicated, hardworking, kind, compassionate and always improving.
