You will be working with a teenager with learning disabilities and severe behaviours that challenge.

You will be part of a small team based in Norwich.

You will assist in delivering evidence based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team. The focus first and foremost is on making the young man smile and enjoy his time with you!

• Fully supported and paid training
• Career progression opportunities to complete a variety of courses including Level 3 - Level 5 Positive Behaviour Support qualification.
• Regular support from a qualified Behaviour Analyst
• 6 weekly individual supervisions with a focus on well-being
• Yearly team weekends away
• This is a role where you'll be part of a team helping deliver therapeutic interventions, for which you'll be trained.

• Good IT skills: ability to use email, an iPad, basic excel spreadsheet.
